Koeman speaks on his closeness to Messi: 'My relationship with Messi has been great'

Ronald Koeman assures that Leo wants to continue achieving big things with Barca.

He notes that his relationship with Messi has been great 'since day one'.

"My relationship with Messi has been great since day one. Leo is eager to continue achieving big things at the club," Ronald Koeman has told Movistar after the 4-0 win over Granada.

In his big revealing interview, Leo Messi said that he is happy to work under Koeman and that 'things became more serious' when the latter got appointed as a head coach.

On Saturday, the Argentine looked impressive again as he netted a brace away against Granada.
