Kroos: 'We have to create more, pitch isn't an excuse'

The midfielder laments Madrid's poor display in the attack.

He believes the weather couldn't be the reason behind the lack of goals - both teams played in the same conditions.

"We created very few chances today, lacked something up top. With our quality, we need to have to create more. Pitch is not an excuse, both teams played in the same conditions, " Toni Kroos angrily said after the Osasuna stalemate.

Real Madrid fired 9 shots but only 1 of them reached the target. Osasuna had 8 shots and 2 on target.

Karim Benzema had 2 goals disallowed though.
