Paris Saint-Germain interested in Barcelona loanee Emerson

The right-back is set to join Barca next summer.

Paris Saint-Germain are in search of a right-back and Barcelona loanee Emerson, currently playing at Real Betis, is one of the options, Estadio Deportivo report.

The Ligue 1 side-eye a move for the right-back next summer when Emerson is finally due to join Barca.

Now that they've got Sergino Dest, the Catalans are open to the move, the same source reports.

However, it's also possible that PSG try to land the 21-year-old in January; in that case, Blaugrana would have to split the money with Betis.

Barca signed Emerson from Atletico Mineiro back in 2019 for €12m and immediately loaned him out to Los Beticos for two seasons.

During his time at the Benito Villamarin, the Brazilian has recorded four goals and six assists in 55 matches.
