PSG midfielder Leandro Paredes refuses to give up hope on Messi's move

The PSG midfielder hopes that his Argentina teammate will join him at the Parc des Princes if he decides to leave the Catalans.

"It's natural that everyone wants Messi on their team, but it's the role of [sporting director] Leonardo and the president [Nasser Al-Khelaifi] to make the decision to convince him to join us," Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Leandro Paredes said, as quoted by Goal.

"It's also a decision for Leo Messi. He'll choose the best for him but of course, it would be great to have a player like him."

PSG, Man City and Inter Milan are believed to be Messi's likeliest destinations if the 33-year-old decides not to renew his contract with Barcelona. Leo's current deal expires in June.
