Ronald Koeman hints Barca B team winger Alex Collado could make squad against Cornella

The coach says Collado can play on the wing and has the required skills to earn the first-team promotion.

Koeman adds that his staff always monitor the players from the B team and they are ready to offer the best starlets their chances to play.

"He [Alex Collado] is a player for the future. He’s a forward who can play on the wing, he has the skills to move up to the first team," Ronald Koeman told the media this Wednesday.

"He’s had to deal with a few injuries. He’s played several games in a row now and is improving. He’s been training, we’ll see if he’s in the squad list [against Cornella]."

"We always look to the B team to see if players for the future can move up and have a chance," the coach concluded.

Collado has scored 3 goals in 7 appearances for Barcelona B this season, missing around 4 months with 2 injuries. He made his first-team debut last year.
