Zidane presence against Osasuna still doubtful after testing negative for coronavirus

The coach has to take another PCR test but he could be running against the time as the game will take place in less than 48 hours.

Zinedine Zidane has tested negative for the coronavirus after a close member of his entourage has tested positive, El Chiringuito reveal.

Yet he could still miss Real Madrid's away game at Osasuna this Saturday because of the La Liga's strict rules.

Zidane has to test negative once again in 3 days while the game is scheduled for Saturday's late evening (21:00 CET).

In case he doesn't make it, assistant coach David Bettoni will replace Zidane.

Meanwhile, the Osasuna game could still get moved back to Sunday due to the difficult weather conditions in Pamplona.
