Lautaro: 'It would have been a dream for me if Messi joined Inter'

Lautaro believes that Messi is the best player in the world and the Inter striker claims that youngster look up and listen to Leo.

"It would have been a dream for me if Leo Messi joined Inter. Playing with him is great as Messi is the best player in the world. 

I'm happy to be able to play with him in the national team. We, young people, look up to and listen to him," Lautaro Martinez has said, as quoted by FC Inter 1908.

Messi's contract at Barcelona expires next summer, meaning that he would be free to join any club. 

He's been linked with Inter in the past but such a move looks unlikely now as the Nerazzurri are said to be going through a rough patch in terms of finances.
