Napoli vs Juventus Preview and prediction 2021

Napoli vs Juventus predictions for Saturday’s big Serie A clash at Stadio San Paolo. Nothing short of victory will do for Juventus in Naples as they seek to cut down AC Milan’s lead at the top of the table. Read on for our free Serie A predictions and betting tips.

Juventus have won their last three and six of their last seven Serie A matches.

I Bianconeri have lost just one of their ten away trips this term, winning five.

Napoli have won their last two home games to nil and four of their last six at Stadio San Paolo.

I Partenopei have won two of their last three clashes against Juventus.

Significant Test at Stadio San Paolo

Juventus need a win in Naples this weekend to ensure they remain on the coattails of leaders AC Milan, but I Bianconeri may have to settle for a point against an I Partenopei side who proven themselves to be worthy adversaries in the recent past.

Juve came out best 2-0 when the teams met in last month’s Supercoppa Italiana, however, Napoli emerged victorious in the previous two encounters, beating the Old Lady 4-2 in last season’s Coppa Italia Final and 2-1 in last term’s corresponding Serie A fixture.

Gennaro Gattuso’s charges will be desperate to quash Juve’s ambitions of a tenth consecutive Scudetto here while also bolstering their own top four claims, and we fancy them to take a point from this clash which could leave Juve nine points adrift in the title race if Milan beat Spezia later in the evening.

Napoli’s case is strengthened by the fact they’ve won their last two home games to nil and I Partenopei have won four of their last six at Stadio San Paolo. Juve will be a tough nut to crack though considering they’ve won six of their last seven, while the visitors have also lost just one of their ten away trips this season, winning five.

We can’t split this pair as a result going into this latest instalment and with both teams also netting in five of the last six showdowns, 1-1 is our correct score prediction.
