Tuchel gets conditioned for new Chelsea contract
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will only get an extension on his 18-month contract if he hits certain performance targets.
The Daily Mail has revealed Tuchel has signed a very incentivised deal.
He will have to trigger certain clauses, including keeping Chelsea in the Champions League for the next two seasons.
The Blues have drawn 0-0 with Wolves and beaten Burnley 2-0 in Tuchel's first two games in charge.
Now they take on Tottenham in a London derby on Thursday.
The German will be hoping to secure a top four spot this term, and then build on that platform to challenge for the league title next season.
