Zidane not happy with Real Madrid medical department after Benzema injury

Head coach Zinedine Zidane has reached tipping point with Real Madrid's medical department after yet another injury, this time to Karim Benzema.

The Frenchman is the 20th player to get injured this season.

Benzema is the 9th player to sidelined for the weekend game vs Valladolid and joins important players such as Hazard, Ramos and Carvajal on the sidelines.

Benzema is also the 20th Los Blancos player to suffer an injury this season - and his problem is the 41th among player in total.

Real Madrid only have 11 senior outfield players to choose from for the upcoming clash, a situation Zidane finds unacceptable ahead of midweek's clash vs Atalanta.

Overall, Madrid players have missed 823 days through injury this season or the equivalent of 146 matches.

Los Blancos trail league-leaders Atletico by 6 points having played a game more.
