AC Milan star Theo risks suspension after social media post

Milan defender Theo Hernandez reportedly risks sanctions after having published a story on Instagram to show his discontent with referee Fabrizio Pasqua.

After the 1-0 defeat to Napoli, Theo published a story on Instagram with the photo of the referee and some not exactly nice emojis.

The story was deleted a few minutes later and Il Corriere dello Sport reports if the incident ‘is confirmed and ascertained, he risks disciplinary consequences’.

The French full-back could also be suspended for his reaction after the controversial second half.

The 23-year-old appealed for a penalty, but Pasqua didn’t grant the Rossoneri a chance from the spot kick, even after having seen the incident on VAR.

Hernandez then followed up with a crunching tackle on Napoli forward Victor Osimhen and the Partenopei bench was asking for a red card.

Ante Rebic was eventually the player who has sent off for dissent, but at the end of the match the chaotic final minutes followed the teams into the dressing room.

Milan goalkeeper Gigio Donnarumma vented his fury towards the Napoli bench and Hernandez reportedly posted a photo on social of referee Pasqua, that he minutes later deleted.
