Koeman reacts to Messi and Griezmann bangers: Barcelona need to start scoring from distance

Koeman is glad that the team has finally started taking shots from outside the box.

The coach says that Barca are bad at scoring after corners, but praised Mingueza for the good job.

The Dutchman is happy with the first-half performance, and he believes the team absolutely deserved the win.

"We needed to start scoring from a distance and we've been doing it lately. It's important to finish off moves when we get close to the opposition's area. Today we scored two goals by shooting from outside the box in a match where we were doing well. We played a good first half, and we deserved the win," Ronald Koeman has said after the Huesca win.

"We did what we needed to do, and we have taken a step closer to the league leaders. Also, we are not that good at scoring from corners. We need to improve, but Oscar Mingueza's goal was great."

In fact, Koeman is wrong here, as Barcelona scored three goals from outside the box. Leo Messi and Antoine Griezmann netted two screamers in the first half, and the Argentine added another outside-the-box goal in the second half.
