Arsenal Dutch striker Vivianne Miedema wins Women Super League’s best-ever player

The Dutch striker has been one of the most consistent players of the dominant Arsenal Women’s side over the years.

She beats out both Lucy Bronze and Fran Kirby to earn this impressive honour.

Arsenal Women’s star Vivianne Miedema has been voted as the Women Super League’s greatest-ever player in a BBC poll to mark the league’s 10th year being completed.

The Netherlands striker has been a marvel for the Gunners since joining in 2017, helping them win the WSL title in the 2018-19 season.

She has maintained an incredible goal-scoring record too, with 59 goals scored in just 63 league appearances for the club.

Miedema beat out the likes of Man City WFC star Lucy Bronze and Chelsea WFC attacker Fran Kirby in the top-10 ranking.

The Dutch forward has been on fire this season for Arsenal’s WFC, with 17 goals and 5 assists in 18 assists for the Gunners.
