Chelsea boss: 'If we want to win a trophy, we better win both our next games'

Thomas Tuchel says that Chelsea will need to win both their next games if they wish to win a trophy this season.

The boss has added that the result against Crystal palace is already in the past.

Tuchel has highlighted Chelsea's squad strength, saying there is nothing to be afraid of for the Blues.

"If we want to end the season with a trophy then we better win both matches or it will be a bit difficult," Tuchel said in his pre-match press conference.

"The most important thing is to fully focus on what we do, forget we already have a result, what we did against Palace, it is in the past.

"In high level sports, there is nothing more uninteresting than the past, the next fixture is most important. We can be confident, we have a strong squad.

"We are always a tough team to play against. There is no reason to be afraid of anything.

Chelsea play Porto in the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash before taking on Man City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday.
