Kwasi Donsu is a 26-year-old Ghanaian professional footballer who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Medeama in Ghana Premier League.

In 2015 he joined the Heart of Lions senior team before moving to Inter Allies FC in 2016, where he made 25 appearances.
