Interestingly, Barca's injury list includes 4 defenders - Sergino Dest, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Sergi Roberto - if we count him as a right-back.

It's time for Ronald Koeman to tinker in defence.

Here are 3 ways Koeman can set up his defence for the Bayern clash.

Araujo, Lenglet, Garcia

Koeman can opt for 3 at the back with Ronald Araujo starting alongside Eric Garcia and Clement Lenglet.

It would mean Barca will play the 3-5-2 formation to accommodate 2 wingbacks.

Lenglet, Araujo, Garcia, Mingueza

If Alba is indeed unable to recover for the clash, Koeman may be forced to play Lenglet on the left. That's scary, even to write, but it can happen. The Frenchman is left-footed after all.

Oscar Mingueza has been training with the group - he can fill in at right-back in the absence of Dest and Roberto.

Araujo, De Jong, Garcia

Knowing Koeman, he never passes up the opportunity to play Frenkie de Jong in defence. This could happen if Barca defenders don't recover on time to face Bayern.
