'There are no expensive foods': Cristiano Ronaldo's former chef reveals his daily diet

Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the fittest footballers in the world despite being 36, an age when many players decide to retire.

The Man United forward’s former chef at Juventus, Giorgio Barone, spoke about his incredible diet which helped him stay fit and told AS: “There are no expensive foods.

“But healthy foods. I use organic and natural foods – fish, chicken, veal, eggs, avocado, coconut oil and black rice. You have to take care of your body as if taking care of a Ferrari.”

Cristiano also despises eating junk food and stuff like Coke, which he famously shoved aside during a press conference in Euro 2020.

Ronaldo is expected to make his second debut for United in their next Premier League game against Newcastle United on Saturday.
