Zlatan Ibrahimovic reveals between Messi and Ronaldo who is best.

In an interview with France Football, AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was asked how he rates himself against the best in the world like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

He said: “Messi and Ronaldo? If we talk about intrinsic qualities, I’m no worse than them.

“If, on the other hand, we consider the trophies then yes, I didn’t win the Champions League. When the collective works, the individual benefits. The individual cannot be good if the team is not good. I think I’m the best in the world.”

Even if not counting trophies, Ibrahimovic’s stats don’t really match up to Messi or Ronaldo’s. He’s scored 484 goals across his career. Ronaldo has scored 674 goals in his career, while Messi scored 672 during his period at Barcelona.

In the trophies scene, Ronaldo and Messi have both won the Champions League multiple times – while Ibra’s been unable to win it once.

Zlatan will look to back up his words by challenging for the European Golden Boot and outscoring the two forwards in the domestic scene this season.
