Bowyer needs last-day win more than Mowbray

Mowbray says he wouldn’t pick any loan players for this last game and those with their futures up in the air are also likely to miss out.

That would mean five or six of the squad on duty for the last two games would not be under consideration and surely hands a big advantage to the hosts. With just three home wins in their last 12, Birmingham aren’t trustworthy enough to back in anything other than the draw no bet market.
