Cristiano Ronaldo could well be your new landlord, with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner making his £5 million mansion available for rent.

Ronaldo has quite the collection of properties, including two in his hometown of Madeira, one in Turin, a Cheshire home, a Marbella holiday pad and a £17 million retirement residency in Quinta da Marinha, on the Portuguese Riviera.

Over in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, he was living in a Four Seasons hotel alongside his family and entourage and racked up a £250,000-a-month bill for 17 rooms across two floors until recently relocating.

But the 38-year-old is leasing the mansion he lived in during his record-breaking nine year stint at Real Madrid. Ronaldo moved into the gaff in the upmarket La Finca neighbourhood back in July 2010 and bought it for a cool £5 million.

It was designed by renowned architect Joaquin Torres but Ronaldo put his own stamp on it.

It has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a swimming pool both indoors and outdoors, as well as a huge football pitch and state-of-the-art gym facilities.

Ronaldo customised the doors, with the handles featuring his CR7 logo. The 4,000 square metres area is so big that Ronaldo's other half, Georgina Rodriguez, got lost when she first started dating the Portuguese star.

"The first time I came to Cristiano's house, well I'd get lost," she admitted in the Netflix documentary I Am Georgia.

"I'd want to go to the kitchen to get water and I'd no idea where to go.

"Sometimes it would take me half an hour to get to the living room because I didn't know the way back. It was so big.

"Since I was a kid I had been so used to living in really small apartments.

"I got here, I had no idea, I didn't know.

"I think after half a year here, I was able to know where everything was and it was okay."

As per, Semana, via Mundo Deportivo, Ronaldo is renting out the property for €10,000 (£8,800) per month in rent.

Any tennant will still have access to the furniture who acquired by Georgina, who enlisted the help of interior designer Paulo Brito.

The house is located in a residential complex and brings a fair amount of privacy given it is based in an exclusive neighbourhood.
