Chelsea in contact with Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana As Kepa's future uncertain

The media outlet state that Kepa's future at Stamford Bridge is highly uncertain and the Blues are interested in Onana who would cost around €30 million.

Although it is not a certainty that Kepa Arrizabalaga will leave Chelsea this summer, the Blues are monitoring other goalkeepers to replace him and Ajax shot-stopper Andre Onana is high up on their wishlist.

Chelsea are interested in Onana owing to his impressive form over recent years, notably his terrific shot-stopping and standout ability with the ball at his feet.

The 24-year-old would be available for a fee of around €30 million and the report claims that there has been regular contact in recent months between Chelsea and Onana’s representatives.

The Blues would not mind Kepa departing the club completely but his asking price and his salary are likely to be the biggest stumbling blocks to any potential deal to take the Spaniard away from London.

Previously, it was reported by Turkish outlet Haber 365 that the Blues have struck a deal to sign Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir.
