Barcelona Juvenil A player tests positive for Covid-19

Barcelona’s Juvenil A squad have been forced to leave one player behind from their pre-season training squad after testing positive for coronavirus, claim AS.

Franc Artiga’s side has started their pre-season activities without the player who tested positive after the PCR tests taken on Friday.

The player in question will now have to self-isolate until he tests negative for coronavirus over the next two weeks.

Barca Juvenil A finished atop of the Division de Honor Juvenil league last season and Artiga’s done a good job with the youngsters after taking over following Victor Valdes’ sacking last year.
