Everton are eyeing Atletico Madrid fullback Santiago Arias.
Indeed, AS says there's an expectation at Atletico that Arias will leave for Everton this summer.
The Colombia international worked with Everton football chief Marcel Brands at PSV Eindhoven and is open to moving to England for next season.
Brands also has been encouraged by Atletico's assessment, with Arias available for a knockdown €15m.
There's an assumption on all sides that Arias will pull on an Everton shirt this new season.
