I hopes to become at least as successful as Cristiano: Manchester United target Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho has been impressed with how easily the Portuguese legend adapted to England and the Premier League football.

"[Cristiano] Ronaldo... What a great guy. He's had a fantastic career. He's had to mature as much as me. The way he left home at a young age and couldn't speak English at the time, he's adapted really well – look where he is now – one of the best players who has ever lived," Jadon Sancho has told SoccerBible.

"So to be alongside these people, hopefully, I can have a great career like Ronaldo," he added.

If Sancho joins Man United, it's obvious to expect that he'll take the No. 7 shirt which will be free after Alexis Sanchez's departure on August 31.

Cristiano Ronaldo enjoyed a very memorable spell with the Red Devils in which he made about 300 appearances for the club, scoring 118 goals across all competitions.

It's worth a mention that the Portuguese usually played on the right wing at United – this is Sancho's natural position as well.
