Source confirms Barca 'in talks' with Manchester City to sign Eric Garcia
Romano expects Garcia to leave Man City in the summer and he confirms that Barcelona has been in talks with the centre-back.
The 19-year-old was mostly used as a back-up option for Pep Guardiola's side this season.
"Barcelona are in talks with Man City to sign Eric Garcia so... probably, yes [he is leaving]!" transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has reported via Twitter.
Gabriel Magalhães is the main target for Napoli if they’ll sell Koulibaly to Manchester City. The Brazilian CB is still waiting to take a final decision between Napoli and Arsenal (total agreement reached with Lille). The former Barcelona U16 centre-back has been linked with a potential comeback for about a month now.
The stumbling block, according to various reports, remains the Citizens' asking price for the 19-year-old: Barca are said to be willing to spend no less than €15m on the promising defender.
It's worth mentioning that the player's agent is Josep Maria Orobitg who also represents the interests of Pep Guardiola, Sergio Busquets and Sergi Roberto.
Garcia has featured on 20 occasions for Man City this season.
