Thiago Silva is set to undergo a medical with Chelsea on Thursday, according to reports.
The 35-year-old defender confirmed he would be leaving PSG after Sunday's Champions League final loss to Bayern Munich.
Reports in France had claimed that PSG made a late attempt to secure Silva to a new contract.
But the Brazilian centre-back will undergo a Chelsea medical on Thursday, per Sky Sports.
It is believed the former AC Milan man will sign a two-year contract with the west London club.
The Blues are also close to signing Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz.
