Todibo might become Barcelona first departure with Marseille's interest grows strong
Andre Villas-Boas has asked for the French centre-back who is expected to leave on a permanent basis, not on loan.
Jean-Clair Todibo is set to become the first Barcelona player to leave this summer, Diario Sport reveal.
The Frenchman has attracted serious interest from Olympique Marseille.
Their coach Andre Villas-Boas has specifically asked for the Blaugrana centre-back.
Todibo is expected to leave on a permanent basis this time after spending part of the 2019-2020 season on loan at Schalke.
The 20-year-old joined Barca from Toulouse in January 2019 for €1m but has only managed five first-team appearances.
He is currently quarantined after testing positive for the coronavirus last week.
