Barca defender Umtiti finally recovers from coronavirus.

Samuel Umtiti has finally recovered from the coronavirus, Barcelona have just confirmed.
He tested positive almost a month ago, on August 14.

Yet his future at the Catalan club remains in doubt, according to highly reliable Samuel Marsden of ESPN.

The centre-back is one of the main candidates to leave this autumn due to his high salary.

Earlier, Gianluca di Marzio made a bold claim that Umtiti could be used in the operation to bring Memphis Depay from Lyon.

The 26-year-old is currently valued at €32m yet his chronic knee issues may dissuade any potential buyer.

Last season, he only managed 18 appearances because of the multiple injuries.
