Ansu Fati becomes Spain youngest player in 84 years with 2 goals ruled out

The 17-year-old entered the pitch straight after the break and managed to score twice but both goals were disallowed

Ansu Fati keeps breaking the records as he has just become the second-youngest player to ever make his official debut for Spain, ESPN say.

At the age of 17 years and 308 days, the Barcelona gem entered the pitch for the second half of the UEFA Nations League game against Germany.

Only Angel Zubieta was 24 days younger when he made his debut appearance for Spain 84 years ago, back in 1936.

By the way, Ansu played alongside fellow Blaugrana Sergio Busquets for 11 minutes as the veteran was taken off in the 57th minute.

Ansu could be happy with his performance as he scored two lovely goals but none of them were given.

Eventually, the game ended 1-1 as Valencia's Jose Luis Gaya cancelled out Timo Werner's opener just moments before the final whistle.
