Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto reveals he really enjoy playing as second defensive midfielder

Roberto supposes that he'll play at right-back throughout the whole new season.

However, he surprisingly notes that he feels good in a double pivot.

"I think my role this year will be on the right side [right-back], but I really enjoy playing in a double pivot," Sergi Roberto has told RAC1.

Sergi Roberto's position remains one of the biggest tactical issues at Barcelona. Some people think he's much better as a right-back, others insist that he's more of a central midfielder.

Anyway, it'll be quite hard for Roberto to act as a defensive midfielder this season: Barcelona landed Miralem Pjanic while Sergio Busquets and Frenkie de Jong will be staying put.
