Everton, West Ham warned by Betis chief over Emerson price.
Mundo Deportivo says he Blues made an £18m bid for the 21-year-old defender on Tuesday morning.
But Betis sporting director Antonio Cordon claims it will take a significant bid to complete a deal, with West Ham United and Tottenham are also reportedly interested.
He said: "Emerson is currently a Betis player. We do not consider (selling him) at all."
Betis hold Emerson in co-ownership with Barca, with the Catalans holding the controlling stake.
