Lebouef can't wait for Mendy to come as he will 'do the job' that Kepa can't.
Lampard should have never started Kepa as his confidence is zero, Lebouef adds.
He believes that Kepa is wondering whether he can even keep anymore and Caballero should start over him.
"He [Edouard Mendy] is a tall goalkeeper, very agile and I’m sure he’s going to do the job. But Kepa cannot do the job anymore, it’s over," former Blue Frank Lebouef told ESPN FC.
"Maybe the first mistake from Frank [Lampard] is to keep on putting Kepa in goal where the guy has completely lost his confidence, I think Caballero should play.
"He [Kepa] cannot play, his head is in a different planet, he doesn’t feel football, he doesn’t even live football, he just wondering if he’s still a goalkeeper, he shouldn’t play, he should see a shrink!"

Kepa recklessly passed the ball to Sadio Mane in our own box which led to the Reds' second goal and effectively put the game beyond Chelsea's reach.
However, the Spaniard had a decent outing otherwise as he made a couple of crucial saves that were overshadowed by his blunder.
Mendy is expected to be announced as a Chelsea player soon and his addition will be welcome at the club as Kepa will get some much-needed competition.
