Inter's sporting director Ausilio denies official talks with Barcelona over Lautaro transfer

Piero Ausilio says Inter don't consider selling Lautaro for anything below his release clause.

Barca reportedly want Lautaro as a replacement for Suarez.

"We never started official talks with Barcelona about Lautaro Martinez. The day after the termination clause expired, we considered him out of the market.

It's over," Inter Milan's sporting director Piero Ausilio has told Sky Sports.

Meanwhile, it's believed that Blaugrana see the 23-year-old as the ideal replacement for Luis Suarez, who's expected to leave the club.

However, the Catalans might not have the money to land Lautaro this summer.

Last term, the Argentinian striker scored 21 goals and provided 7 assists in 49 games.
