Mauricio Pochettino label Real Madrid the best club in the world and dreams of managing them

The Argentine is still unsure whether he’ll ever get the opportunity to manage Los Blancos.

Pochettino insists that not only him, but every top manager dreams of managing Madrid.

When asked whether he’d like to manage Real Madrid in his career, Mauricio Pochettino told Marca: “Real Madrid? I don't know if I'll ever coach Madrid, but of course it's my dream.

“It's the best club in the world. I'm no different, everyone has it on their dream list.”

Los Blancos were reportedly eyeing Pochettino as a potential replacement for Zinedine Zidane this season, but the Frenchman’s excellent work in helping us win the La Liga title has squashed those rumours.

Like Madrid, Pochettino also loathes Barcelona and should be a great fit at our club. But with Zidane doing so well and looking to stay for the long haul, it remains to be seen whether the former Tottenham boss can ever work his magic at Madrid.
