The Belgian pulled off a sensational save in the opening moments of the game to give Real Madrid some breathing room in the match.

Sergio Ramos - 8

Ramos was obsessed with getting the winner and the Spaniard delivered with a panenka penalty 10 minutes before the final whistle.

Fede Valverde - 8

A tireless display from the midfielder with lots of explosive and dynamic moments. Helped both offensively and defensively.

Martin Odegaard - 5

Odegaard was substituted during the break after failing to make an impact in the first 45 minutes. A poor display from the Norwegian on his second start.

Jovic was handed his first start for the Blancos since January and the Serb managed to win a penalty despite mostly drifting wide.

Benzema played a key role in the first two goal against Real Betis. The Frenchman was clearly out to prove himself after last week's sloppy display.
