Seria A side AS Roma inching closer to signing Real Madrid starlet Mayoral

AS Roma have agreed personal terms with Borja Mayoral ahead of a possible acquisition from Real Madrid, as per Sky Sports Italia.

The Italian club are said to be keen on adding the striker to their ranks this summer and will now work on striking an agreement with Los Blancos.

Madrid value Mayoral at around €20m, something which the Giallorossi aren’t quite eager to pay in this climate.

But talks between the two clubs will continue in the next few days even after it was reported that the Spaniard could be retained by Madrid this season.

Mayoral was on the bench for Madrid’s La Liga opener against Real Sociedad, but with Luka Jovic reportedly likely to stay – he might get sold after all.
