​Spurs in contact with AC Milan over Aurier transfer

Tottenham and AC Milan are still attempting to negotiate a sale for Serge Aurier.

Spurs are happy to sell the right back, having secured Matt Doherty from Wolves.

However, Sky Sports indicates the two clubs are some way apart on Aurier's valuation.

The first bid from Milan was rejected, and they will have to offer significantly more money to make the sale worthwhile for Spurs.

While Aurier is not first choice with manager Jose Mourinho, he is a good backup who Spurs would be happy to keep for another year.

Bayer Leverkusen also want Aurier, who has two years left on his contract.
