Toni Kroos provides update to Real Madrid fans after unfortunate injury

Kroos will be out for at least 2 weeks with a muscular injury.

The German's issue is not serious and he's looking to be back as soon as possible.

Toni Kroos sent a message to Real Madrid fans on Twitter after being diagnosed with a muscular injury: "Back in no time."

The German picked up a knock on Saturday in the first half against Real Betis on Saturday with Luka Modric replacing him.

The 30-year-old will be out for about two weeks, the club officially confirmed earlier this week. No complications are expected during the recovery process.

As it stands right now, the midfielder is set to miss upcoming games vs Real Valladolid and Levante as well as Germany's UEFA Nations League matches in early October.
