Arsenal 5 Players Leave Next 24 Hours

Arsenal could see several players depart the Emirates on a temporary basis before the domestic deadline as Mikel Arteta shapes his Gunners squad.

The Spaniard has already showed his ruthless side and will have one eye on the future as some of his young stars seek more game time.

But one man who was tipped for big things yet could already be set for a loan move away is William Saliba.

The Frenchman’s arrival was seen as a major boost for a defence that has struggled, but Arteta seems less than convinced thus he has been linked with a loan move to the Championship, with Brentford touted as a possible destination.

One player who did enjoy time away in England’s second tier last term was Emile Smith Rowe.

The midfielder would be a major addition to any Championship outfit and allow the 20-year-old to continue his development, thus making it a move that would suit all parties.

Reiss Nelson, who is the same age as Smith Rowe, is another who could benefit from some time away.

Reports claimed the north Londoners were open to a temporary exit for the forward.

James Olayinka, another 20-year-old, spent part of last season away at League Two Northampton.

The forward’s big match exposure will no doubt have been a positive and more time away will only further his development.

Folarin Balogun is a player who has attracted interest this summer and was reportedly the subject of a £3m bid.

At 19 Balogun is unlikely to get many, if any, first team chances this season given the club’s firepower and a move away should prove beneficial at this stage in his career.
