Real Madrid boss Zidane speaks on 'difficulties' in Levante clash: 'We are prepared'

The Madrid boss reckons Levante are tough rivals. However, he also stressed on the fact that we've got no room for excuses.

In the pre-match press conference, Zinedine Zidane said: "Levante is a difficult rival. You need to play well for 90 minutes versus them.

"We don't like having players out. We have to take it on and what we're not going to make looking for excuses. We are going to have difficulties for sure but we are prepared."

The Real Madrid boss went on to add: "I have the luck of being here and I take advantage of every day that I have and always been positive.

"I do not see negative things even if things get complicated. We don't like having injuries but we have to accept it.

"We are not going to look for excuses. My squad has a lot of talent but a lot of heart and things can get complicated but we can move things forward."

Madrid drew the La Liga opener against Real Sociedad but managed to win against Real Betis in the next game.

With 4 points on the board, Los Blancos are in dire need of a convincing victory. However, injuries are proving to be a problem, with the likes of Toni Kroos, Eden Hazard, Dani Carvajal and Alvaro Odriozola out. Follow us on Google newsTwitter and on Facebook
