Takefusa Kubo has only played 55 minutes across 5 games for his loan club Villarreal.
According to a reliable CadenaSER, Real Madrid are furious as they definitely count on Kubo in the future.
Madrid had lots of offers for the Japanese in the summer but chose Villarreal with Unai Emery in charge as someone who knows how to develop youth.
There's a good chance Kubo will still have more time; after all, he's featured in each of Villarreal's 5 La Liga games.
