A legend recognises a legend.

"Such sad news. I have lost a great friend and the world has lost a legend. There is still much to be said but for now, may God give strength to your family. I hope we'll kick the ball in heaven one day," Pele has tweeted.

Diego Armando Maradona died on November 25 aged 60.
