Pulisic has suffered a couple of injury since joining Chelsea from German side Dortmund the latest coming during the pre-match training ahead of Burnley last weekend.
"Not fit to play, still suffering from his hamstring. He's not training at the moment," Frank Lampard told the pre-Sheffield United presser of Christian Pulisic on Friday.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, on the other hand, has recovered from a shoulder injury.
"Kepa is recovered. A slight bit of pain but in the squad tomorrow," the Chelsea manager added.
The Spaniard, however, is unlikely to start against the Blades on Saturday due to Edouard Mendy's incredible form.
