Man City Double Gabriel Jesus Wages New Deal

Gabriel Jesus is set to sign a new contract with Manchester City.

The 23-year-old has 2.5-years left on his current contract but he has been in talks with the club over a new multi-year extension at the Etihad.

According to The Daily Star, City are reportedly preparing an offer that would double his current wages up to €150.000-a-week.

The Brazilian international joined Man City in 2017 from Palmeiras and he has made 104 Premier League appearances and has scored 43 goals.

Jesus has won the league title two times as two League Cups and an FA Cup. J

He is considered to be the long-term successor for 32-year-old Sergio Aguero, who is nearing the final months of his contract at the Etihad.

Tying up Jesus is another step into City’s plan to secure the services of all their star players for the coming years.

City already completed a new contract for Pep Guardiola, who extended his contract until 2023.
