Man United plan to offer Pogba new contract despite comments

Man United are planning on offering Paul Pogba a new long-term contract, as per Fabrizio Romano.

This comes after Pogba described his season so far as ‘the worst period in his career’ and suggested joining up with the France national team was a breath of fresh air.

However, it’s said that the midfielder has no problem with United and his comments were pointing at his personal problems.

Pogba’s current deal is set to expire in 2022 and his agent Mino Raiola indicated a few months ago that he could be willing to negotiate a new contract with United.
