Paul Pogba told the BBC after 1-0 defeat against Arsenal: "Maybe I was a bit out of breath from running before and it made me do this mistake.
"I gave away a foul like this and cost us the goal today — I am not the best defensively in the box and I can improve on that and do better.
"With the ball, we were not that good today. Myself, everyone has to do better, starting from me. The team performance has to be better."
Pogba unnecessarily brought down Hector Bellerin in the second half at Old Trafford with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang converting the penalty.
