Arsenal and German defender Shkodran Mustafi's father has hinted that his son could move club when his contract with the club expires not ruling out a possible move to Germany.
Mustafi's contract runs out in 2021 and it looks like he's not signing an extension.
"Nothing is ruled out. We can imagine everything because Shkodran is available on a free transfer in the summer," he told the German Sport 1 publication.
"He felt very comfortable in Italy and Spain. He never played in Germany. That could be an option."
On 30 August 2016, Mustafi joined English club Arsenal for an undisclosed fee, reported to be in excess of £35 million. He made his debut in Arsenal's 2–1 Premier League win over Southampton at the Emirates Stadium on 10 September.
