After a defeat to Basaksehir United boss was asked by reporters whether he fears for his job at Old Trafford, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: "I decline to comment on such a thing.
"Of course it's early on [in the campaign] and opinions are out there all the time. You've got to stay strong.
"I'm employed by the club to do a job and I do that to the best of my ability with my staff."
Manchester United was beaten 2-1 by Basaksehir in the Champions League on Wednesday following the 1-0 defeat against Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.
After seeing off PSG and Leipzig Man United supporters were hoping the game against the Turkish side will be an easy one but it turned out to be a day they will definitely want to forget.
