Giroud looking to push for Chelsea exit

The Frenchman has only played 154 minutes this season.

Simon Johnson of The Athletic, a reliable source, has reported that Giroud will definitely look to leave unless he plays significantly more for Chelsea.

As per the report, Giroud agitated to leave last January as well.

Giroud wants to leave as his place in France's starting XI is under threat months before Euro 2020.

France manager Didier Deschamps has already suggested that the striker should change his situation soon.

Giroud has started only 1 game for Chelsea so far this season, with Tammy Abraham and Werner ahead of him in the pecking order.
