Chelsea's FA Cup opponent Morecambe have 2 games called off due to Covid outbreak

League Two side Morecambe, who are due to take on Chelsea in the FA Cup 3rd-round tie, have had the next two games postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak in their team.

They were scheduled to face Bolton on December 29 and Bradford City on January 2.

It means that now their next game will be at Stamford Bridge next Sunday, January 10.

So far, there has been no decision announced about the FA Cup game.

Earlier, it was announced that Chelsea's next Premier League opponents Man City have also suffered from an increased number of Covid-19 cases.

Their game against Everton was postponed, while there's no information about the match against Chelsea that is scheduled for Sunday, January 3.
